NEOM, The Connector Depot Tender Project (NICC)

The Connector, formerly known as NEOM Industrial City Connector (NICC), is located to the south of the main NEOM Residential/Commercial City known as the Spine. It runs from the NEOM Industrial City in the southern boundary of NEOM, northwards along the coast, and connects into the Spine at the north. The purpose of the Connector is to transfer goods, freight, waste, and personnel from the NEOM Industrial City, NEOM Bay Airport and various other industry nodes to the Spine. It is also expected to provide future connectivity to the wider Saudi rail network. The NICC shall also be used to support construction of the Spine buildings and other assets. The Connector is an essential piece of infrastructure for the functionality of the whole NEOM development.

Prota Engineering has provided tender and concept design services including main & utility facilities and BoQ’s.
