Integrated Solar PV Ingot to Module Manufacturing Factory

Conceptual designs have been prepared for a fully integrated 6GW+ ingot to solar module manufacturing plant consisting of Ingot, Wafer, Cell and Module, associated facilities / ancillary facilities in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

The scope of services is presented below.

(a)   Material input requirements, manufacturing halls, warehouses, utility systems and relevant constructions, buffer spaces within manufacturing sections, non-process piping, ducts and instrumentation diagrams, control diagrams to be used as the basis of Detail Design Services.

(b)   Design calculations (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.), layouts, sections from proper places, building plans, area plan, elevations, machine layouts, non-process systems
