İstanbul Airport Aircraft MRO Facilities

Turkish Technic aims to establish a facility at Istanbul Airport that can serve domestic and international airline companies and will also be one of the largest aircraft MRO centers in the world. It is anticipated that the operational capacity of each facility within the scope of the project will be among the facilities with the world’s leading operational capacity in its field.

The campus is divided into air and land sides. Air side consists of aircraft maintenance and repair hangars, aircraft painting hangars, logistics, workshops, warehouses and other buildings that will support aircraft maintenance and repair, treatment facility, energy center, waste storage areas and open areas.

Land side consists of a security building, training academy and hangar, prayer room, administrative building, social ficilities, parking lot and open areas.

The design services of the project were undertaken by Prota Engineering in order to solve the employer demands of the structures that will provide uninterrupted service for many years, supply problems in terms of manufacturing, and the feasibility and usability of manufacturing stages at the best level.

Design stages; It includes the design of preliminary, final, detail projects with the BIM system and preparation of tender documents, as well as professional site supervision services.
