Sinpas Altinoran Residence

The residential building consists of 37 main blocks, with the residential blocks rising above a terraced structure designated for communal areas. Additionally, commercial buildings comprising two blocks, each with 42 floors and a height of 138 meters, were designed symmetrically.

Prota Engineering provided structural engineering services for the project, including the preparation of preliminary, license, final, and detailed projects. The services rendered by Prota for the project include:
