Building Code Enforcement Analysis

With this project supported by the World Bank, the zoning legislation implemented in Turkey was compared with the legislation in other countries and the differences were identified. Deficiencies in the implementation of the legislation were also identified.

Accordingly, as a result of the study, necessary legislative improvement suggestions were prepared and submitted to the Ministry.
