Ankara Koza Kanyon Residence

The residential and commercial building consists of two main blocks: P7 block, with a closed construction area of 93,053 sqm, and P5 block, with a closed construction area of 23,585 sqm.

P7 block, primarily designed as a residential tower, was constructed using the top-down construction method. The building, spanning 55 floors, stands at a height of 178 meters.

On the other hand, P5 block comprises partially commercial units and is primarily dedicated to residential and car parking floors. In the field of structural and geotechnical engineering within the scope of the project; it has provided services such as preparation of preliminary, license, final and detail projects. The services provided by Prota within the scope of the project are summarized below:
