The project studies which has been handled by EMT Architectural Team, performed in 1994. The complex consists of 4 blocks and 23 floors having 78 m height. The total construction area is 29,000 sqm. Prota has provided the listed services below within the scope of the project:

• preliminary, 1/100 project study and reports
• R/C structural analysis, design and application projects
• Dynamic Eigen value Analysis
• Structural Consultancy and Site Supervision.

TYPICAL DESIGNS OF HIGH SCHOOL FACILITIES

BELYAEVA APARTMENT & OFFICE COMPLEX –
MOSCOW, FEDERATION OF RUSSIA

Client: Köymen İnşaat A.Ş.
Project is located in the Moscow’s newly developed region Belyaeva. The studies of the project that was realized by PROTA were begun in 2002. The total construction area of the complex is 130,000 sq.m. The complex consists of 3 basement floors for garage and technical installations and different height of 14 blocks. total height is 91m. The tallest building has 28 floors. The below stated services were given in the scope of the study.

• Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical project study and reports,
• Structural analysis, design and application projects,
• Period calculations,
• Preparation of investigations and quantity measurements,
• Structural Consultancy and site supervision.

LENINSKY PROSPECT 131-135 / APARTMENT & OFFICE BUILDING – MOSCOW, FEDERATION OF RUSSIA

Project is located in the Moscow’s most prestigious region, Yugo-Zapadny. The studies of the project that was realized by Prota were begun in 2003. The total construction area of the complex is 128,000 sq.m. The complex consists of 2 and 3 basement floors for garage and technical installations and different height of 10 blocks. The tallest block has 35 floors and 118 m height. The below stated services were given in the scope of the study.

• Preparation of investigations and quantity measurements,

PORTAKAL ÇİÇEĞİ VALLEY RESIDENTIAL TOWERS - ANKARA

Structural Design services has been carried out by PROTA in 2006. Building is 40 storeys and the highest residential building in Ankara as of 2006. Total construction area is 30,000 m2. Buildings has two blocks and our engineering services include the followings:

• Geotechnical surveys,
• Structural and Dynamic R/C Design,
• Preparation of calculations and quantitiy estimations.

Architest is Semra Teber and the Client is Yunus Ensari-Ahmet Şahin.

ZARYA VILLAS - SOCHI, FEDERATION OF RUSSIA

Client: Gasprom
Architect: Hasan Sökmen
The Client of the construction is Gasprom-Russia. Construction engineering services were provided for the project which was prepared by Hasan Sökmen, Architect and which forsee RC construction system. The project studies began in 1990-91 and completed. The 15,600 m2 area complex contains 145 villas, 2 floors each. Within the framework of the project, the below stated services were done:

• 1/100, 1/200 and detail project study and reports
• Geologic and Topographic area studies
• Structural analysis, design and application projects
• Preparation quantity measurements and structural engineering consultancy.

DOBRINISSKY LUXURY APARTMENTS - MOSCOW, FEDERATION OF RUSSIA

Client: Glav UPDK
Conractor: EMT Engineering and Construction Co.
Project is located in the Moscow’s most prestigious region, Dobrininsky. The studies of the project were begun in 2004. The total construction area of the complex is 60,000 sq.m. The tallest block has 18 floors and 60 m height. The below stated services were given in the scope of the study.

NARODNAYA RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX - St. PETERSBURG, FEDERATION OF RUSSIA

Client: Renaissance Construction Co.
Project is located in the St. Petersburg’s most prestigious region, Norodnaya. The studies of the project that was realized by Prota were begun in 2004. The total construction area of the complex is 35,000 sq.m. The complex consists of different height of 3 blocks. The below stated services were given in the scope of the study.

• R/C Structural project study and reports,
• Structural analysis,
• Design and application projects,
• Preparation of investigations and quantity measurements,

TERASEVLER HOUSING DEVELOPMENT – ANKARA

Architect of the project was Merih Karaaslan and the client was Sürücüler A.Ş. The studies of the project were began in 1990. The project of this housing complex won International Architectural Award in 1990. The below stated services were given in the scope of the study.

• Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical project study and reports,
• Structural analysis, design and application projects,
• Substructure projects,
• Preparation of investigations and quantity measurements.
• The complex consists of 6 blocks and 6-8 floors. The total construction area is 20,000 sqm.

ERYAMAN III. STAGE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROJECT - ANKARA

Architect of the project was Ahmet Gülgönen and the client was Housing Development Administration of Turkey. R/C Structural project consultancy and design of application projects services were given in the scope of the study for this part of the project consisting of 2750 buildings. Project studies had been performed in 1993. Total closed area is 300,000 sqm.

11 diffrent type of building project consist 4-9 floors and mushroom slab/column system have been used. There is no ceiling plaster and alum used on mushroom slabs. Industrial muld systems were used to construct slabs.

BATIKENT TOWN CENTER RESIDENTIAL AREA - ANKARA

Architect of the project was Merih Karaaslan and the client was Batıkent. Batıkent is the first housing development project in Turkey. 12 cooperative were planned to construct in the area. Structural projects of 800 buildings were desinged in 1993-1995 bu Prota. Total construction area is approximately 280,000 sqm.

ELVANKÖY PREVENTING SHANTY HOUSING AREA – HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AREA

Architect of the project was Haldun Ertakin and the Client was Metropol İmar A.Ş. Structural engineering services were provided for 4000 buildings consist of 5-8 floors. 7 different type of building project were designed in 1994. Total construction area is approximately 500,000 sqm.
