The studies of the project that was realized
by Erdal Köprülü were began in 1995. The total
construction area of the complex is 35,000
sq.m. The complex consists of 2 basement floors
and total height is 91m. Since the structure
has different heights, it has been divided
into 4 parts. Such as 28, 22, 14, 5 floor heights.
The below stated services were given in the
scope of the study.

Project is located in the Moscow’s newly
developed region Belyaeva. The studies of the
project that
was realized by Prota were began in 2002. The
total construction area of the complex is 130,000
sq.m. The complex consists of 3 basement floors
for garage and technical installations and different
height of 14 blocks. total height is 91m. The
tallest building has 28 floors. The below stated
services were given in the scope of the study.

 Project
is located in the Moscow’s most prestigios
region, Yugo-Zapadny. The studies of the project
that was realized by Prota were began in 2003.
The total construction area of the complex is
128,000
sq.m. The complex consists of 2 and 3 basement
floors for garage and technical installations
and different height of 10 blocks. The tallest
block
has 35 floors and 118 m height. The below stated
services were given in the scope of the study.

 19 MAY STADIUM REHABILITATION PROJECT - ANKARA
The spectator tribuns of historical Ankara 19
May Stadium had been closed in the scope of the
project.
Architectural and structural projects were
done by Prota. The project had been performed
in 1997.
The construction area is 15,000 sq.m. In
the scope of the project Prota had been performed
architectural and structural projects, site
supervision,
consultancy services, preparation of tender
documents.

Architectural design of the factory started
in 1998 by Prota. The total construction area
is 30,000 sq.m. All architectural and engineering
services were completed

MERCEDES-BENZ SERVICE AND SHOW-ROOM - TARSUS
 Client: Koluman Motorlu Araçlar A.Ş.
The total area of project is 13,000 sq.m. The
project consist of service facilities, spare
part depots,
accessories production hall, offices, cafeteria,
petrol station, recreational areas, etc. The
following services were rendered by Prota in
the scope of
the project:

- R/C prefabricated system analysis,
- Soil and
foundation system design,
- Construction

- Quantity estimations

The project had been awarded
as Best Service Project of Europe in
1994 by Mercedes-Benz,

PREFABRICATED STRUCTURE ELEMENTS PLANT - ANKARA
 Client: Prefi A.Ş.
The new factory projects
of the leader light steel production firm of
Turkey, Prefi had been performed by Prota. Project
services were been done in 2000.
Total construction area is 5,000 Sq.m. The site supervision services had
been rendered by prota. Besides of that the following services were rendered
by Prota in the scope of the project:

 FARABİ HOSPITAL – TRABZON
Client: Karadeniz Technical
University
Structural engineering services were
provided for the project whose architectural
designs
were performed by Saadet Sayın, Architect.
The project studies began in 1995 and completed
in the same year. Total construction area is
15,000 sq.m. The hospital contains 300 beds
and other facilities. Within the framework
of the project the structural designs, preparation
of tender document and construction supervision
services have been performed.

LENINSKY PROSPECT 123-125 / OFFICE COMPLEX
– MOSCOW, FEDERATION OF RUSSIA
 Project is located
in the Moscow’s most rapidly
developed street: Leninsky-prospect. The studies
of the project that was realized by Prota were
began in 2003. The total construction area
of the complex is 107,000 sq.m. The complex consists
of
1 and 2 basement floors for garage and technical
installations and different height of 8 blocks.
The tallest block has 32 floors and 110 m height.

 MOVIEPOL CINEMA- ANKARA
Client: Metropol Cinema
Organizations
The 7 floor height building has
3 underground floors one is indoor parking level.
The large
spans need for cinema halls are designed as
flat slab systems. The project and supervision
services had been rendered in 2000. The total
construction area is 7,000 sq.m. The structural
engineering studies and projects, consultancy
and quantity estimation and site supervision
works were rendered by Prota.

DEPARTMENT STORE – MERSİN

In the southern region of Turkey,
in Mersin the biggest department store building
of region
had been designed by Prota. The 7 floor
height building has 3 underground indoor parking
levels. The large spans are designed as flat
slab systems.
The project and supervision services had
been rendered in 1997-98. The total construction
area is 30,000 sq.m. Following services
provided
for the project:

PHYSICAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO EDUCATION PROJECT
(EFİKAP)
 Client: Turkish Ministry of National
Education
Within the scope of the project, Turkish
Ministry of National Education planned to construct
34
new schools in 9 provinces (including Istanbul,
Bursa, Izmir, Balikesir, Canakkale, Eskisehir
and Mugla) through the country, which add up
to 333,000 m2. Other than the school buildings,
the relevant structural components, made of steel
or reinforced concrete, included sport halls,
workshops and ateliers, dormitories, public vocational
centres, technical vocational units, lodging
buildings.
Prota formed a Joint Venture with UBM (another
Turkish engineering company) on the basis of
equally splitting all kinds of services to be
rendered. Volume of construction works add up
to € 65.2 Mil. All have been completed and currently
operational.
Undertaken works include the Topographical
survey and soil investigation for 34 sites
, Architectural
preliminary and final design and preparation
of related detailed drawings, Preliminary and
detail design of load bearing steel and reinforced
concrete structural systems and preparation
of related drawings, Preliminary and detail design
for infrastructure, mechanical and electrical
installations, site and neighbourhood planning,

of lists of building works, bills of quantities
and cost estimates, Follow up and getting construction
permits and licences from municipal and other
